I'm hoping someone can shed some light on a truly interesting problem that
has happened on a virtual site.
Users in the virtual site get a "disc quota exceeded" from within Pine
*only* when attempting do do anything other than read mail. If they try to:
a) send mail
b) add a folder
or anything else *from within Pine* that implies using a little disc space,
Pine complains that the quota is exceeded.
The total site usage is 556K and the site quota is 20MB. Users have their
quota's balanced (of course) so that the total user quotas do not exceed the
site quota In fact there's a 4MB cushion between total user quotas and the
site quota, but somehow I just don't think this is where I need to be
looking for the answer.
I don't recall any traffic on the list on this subject...quotas yes and
often, but not this odd quirky situation.
Ideas? Suggestions? W.A.G.'s?
Regards,
-Colin
