Dan the link you posted does not seem to work. Neither does trying to pull
up the domain.
As for alternatives there are many. Perhaps www.mail-abuse.org will come up
with a good subscription rate for some of the smallers users of there
system. I have emailed just a day ago asking for rates and have not gotten
any response yet. Will email the list once i do.
As for alternatives beside the above look at

Also look at implementing on a per user basis
www.spambouncer.org
This one is a procmail filter and filters so far on my box about 99% of the
spam out. Places if you want all mail considered as spam etc.. in mail
folders you specify.
