[cobalt-users] Error installing EMUMail on RaQ3

Greetings -
After spending a long evening reading through the
archives, I have seen this same question posted over
the last year, but did not find a clear answer. .
.hoping someone will share some tips or fixes to this
. . .

I'm attempting to install the free EmuMail package
file for Cobalt RaQ3 - I paste the URL of the package
file, install and get the following error:

Problem verifying package component:
/tmp/upgrade_dir/RPMS/emumail-4.5-11.i386.rpm

Manually doing the .rpm install gives the same error. 


My Cobalt has OS 5 and all the security and all system
patches listed on the Cobalt support site.

Any workarounds, tips, or fixes?  EmuMail wants $200
to install the ad-supported freeware.  I hope someone
here on the list can save me $200!
