Slow down, there, big fella...first, make sure you check out the
"Announcements" to:
http://www.mail-abuse.org/subscription.html
...so you can see that effective 7/31/2001 you must have a signed contract
with MAPS to have access to the database. Make sure you visit the Fee
Structure page, too.
If anyone finds a reasonable alternative to this, "not-for-profit"
database that we contributed to but they now own (can you say NSI?), lemme
know, willya?
