[cobalt-users] CacheRaQ4 error, need help.

 Hi,

 I keep getting this error:
 whever i get this error, my clients cannot get out to the internet, when
 they type in www.hotmail.com, the browser will automactically trying
 searching for  www.www.hotmail.com.com, www.www.hotmail.com.net,
www.www.hotmail.com.org......and fail at last.

 My solution is to stop the squid server first, copy the squid.conf from
 /etc/squid/ to /tmp/squid2build/home/squid2/etc/  and overwrite the
existing
 one located in that directory. After this, I restart Squid and my clients
 can go online again. im wondering what had happened.
 please give me a hint and email if you have an idea, thanks a million
