Is there a simple way to delete individual large e-mails that cusstomers may
have in their mailboxes, without going through the process of creating a POP
account locally (and remembering to set the keep a copy on the server
option!!) and deleting it that way.
Sometimes people's connections are not that great and may fail part way, or
they just do not want to wait for the download.
Is it a case of doing 'su <username>' and then using the 'mail' utility? I
have to enable telnet access to do that though, or is there a better method?
Gordon.
