Are these clients on the same domain?
Is it a virtual domain?
Are all clients on that domain having a problem?
If above is true, it is possible that you did not add the domain to aliases
or there is a problem with the MX record.
I know that you used other MTAs to send but some MTAs only use
the domain ip address and not the MX, so best if both are working.
