Hello List!
Again I find myself needing to turn to your collective wisdom and experience . . .
Situation:
All mail to a couple of my virual domains stopped being delivered and gets bouced with a message along the lines of:
----- The following addresses had transient non-fatal errors -----
<webmaster@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>
----- Transcript of session follows -----
451 <webmaster@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>... domainxyz.com: Name server timeout
451 <webmaster@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>... www.domainxyz.com: Name server
timeout
Warning: message still undelivered after 4 hours
Will keep trying until message is 5 days old
etc, etc, etc...
Had a real play with re-doing the DNS parameters in the control panel for that site. Also changed, dropped added the www.domainxyz.com & domainxyz.com to the "site settings" in the Cobalt domain management interface.
Basically had as much of a go as I could through the interface.
Also noticed that there is no: "/etc/virtusertable" file.
Should this worry me? Other emails are working apart from a couple of domains.
Many thanks for any advice!
Tim
