Sorry about quoting the whole digest.

I am using a Cobalt Cube 2.  When users FTP into the FTP server they get
dumped in to their directory at the root.  I want them to be dumped into
their "Private" directory by default.  If they are outside the Private
directory any files or folders created are open for anybody to view, copy,
delete etc..
