[cobalt-users] CMU Import problems and FrontPage - RaQ3

I just imported a bunch of sites from a RaQ2 >> RaQ3 using the latest
version of the CMU utility. Found a couple of problems with sites that are
FrontPage enabled:

- Some sites that were using the "_borders" or "_themes" lost this
functionality. Backgrounds, menus and a few other things no longer appeared
on the sites. FrontPage counters were also reset back to 0.

- The remainder of sites retained their functionality on the web and
appearance, however all the site owners reported internal server error
problems when attempting to login at their site via FrontPage and were not
able to make updates/changes.

Ownership of all files for FrontPage sites was changed back to 'nobody',
this did not cure the problems.

Re-enabling FrontPage extensions on the site did restore the ability for
everyone to make updates/changes to their sites. All sites that were using
the "_borders" or "_themes" lost this look and feel to their sites and it is
having to be restored manually via FrontPage.

Any ideas as to how this can be prevented or fixed with future moves?
