The user is created via the GUI....everything else is done in the shell.

I'd suggest you set it up EXACTLY as was spelled out in the email.
Sometimes I've seen folks change it, because they don't like ars, and
they make a typo or something...and then, of course, it doesn't work.

Once you get the example working, then you can clone it to names and
directories of your preference....at least that's how I did it originally.
