When you consider the total cost of physical mainenance needed and the cost
of site downtime, the fans are cheap indeed at $16.50 each.  That is less
than dinner out for one in a decent place, or a family trip to McDonalds.
Buy a fan, keep it close for trips to the raq,  and replace it after 1 year
of service or when it seems funky. (Whichever is first, btw.)
