Did you restart Apache?

Well, you need to give us a little more information and then perhaps someone
may know the answer. What kind of Raq are you on or is it a Cube? Are you
installing from the source tarballs or RPM's? Are you installing PHP as a
DSO or a CGI?
These will help us help you.
