Has anyone made any rpms for samba, mysql, and php for the qube 2 running
their OS4? I would like to run a newer version of samba on the qube2, but
all the software is old (2.0 kernel, 1.0 Samba) I am wondering if 1.0.9
Samba version has support for win me domain logon. I have got a machine
authenticating w/ win98. Should be the same, right? I probably won't use
policies or roaming profiles. Should I upgrade? That brings me to a kernel
upgrade. I believe newer versions of samba require 2.2 kernel or later.
Any thoughts?
