It would seem as if RAM for the Qube3 is different from the Qube2, at least
the pricing on Crucial's website seems to say it's fairly standard RAM.
Qube2/RAQ2 RAM is very expensive mainly due to the fact that it's 3.3V I
have a few Qube2's and upgrading 'em has been an expensive proposition.

Go here to verify if what you bought is the same as what is on this page.
It's specific to the Qube3.

If that pricing is right (and I'm sure it must be, crucial is a good
vendor!) If I were you I'd max out the box. It's affordable!!!!!!

Beyond that, I'd make sure the sticks are seated properly, and weren't
killed by a static spike during the install. Failing that, return 'em to the
vendor for replacement. If it's a reputable vendor, that shouldn't even be
an issue.

Good Luck and keep us posted as to the outcome!!!
