What search terms were you using?  The one word "relaying" brings up,
top of the list, http://list.cobalt.com/oldlist/cobalt-users/msg04765.html
which quite explicitly tells you not to open up relaying to all and
the consequences of doing so.

Have a look at /var/log/maillog to find out just how many people 
have been spammed by YOUR machine.

A) Turn relaying off.  Now.

B) Install POP-before-SMTP so your legit users can send mail from $WHEREVER.

C) Say three Hail Marys and make a large cash donation to the Society for 
The Rehabilitation of Spammers and Internet Pornographers.
