[cobalt-users] How to enable SMTP

I have been trying for the last few days to figure out how to get my Raq3 
SMTP to work.  Support@xxxxxxxxxxxxx has asked me to enable the SMTP, I 
believe I have done that by entering all the domains in the email parameters 
and have also installed the POP before SMTP.pkg and turned it on and the 
users are still not allowed to relay!

What else do I need to do? Is that another way to enable SMTP for all the 
server users?
