[cobalt-users] FTP Problems

Hi All,

I am having problems with one of my virtual accounts on my Raq3 being
able
to FTP as the administrator, however they can FTP files as a normal
user.

I can FTP to this account as administrator using a normal dial up
account,
they are using a leased line.

They inform me that they have other sites, and everything works OK.

Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.
