If they configure Apache and PHP with at least the current configuration
options in the versions you are running you shouldn't expect any problems.
Of course, this is a better question for someone at your data center since
it's impossible to speculate what versions and configuration options they
intend to implement. It's very unusual that a data center would do this
across the board for all leased servers for no fee. Consider yourself
lucky.
