Last year I installed a version of msql (aka Mini SQL) on a RaQ2 just to see
if it would run. I don't recall if it was v2 or v3, but it did work. FYI,
msql has a licensing fee, has very few applications that support it and in
general is inferior to open source alternatives like MySQL and PostgreSQL.
But if you must install it on a RaQ4 I believe it shouldn't be a problem
considering my experience on the much finickier RaQ2.
