Add an 'A' record for mail.londonexporthyouse.com
Add an 'A' record for londonexporthouse.com (no host name)

If mail.londonexporthouse.com is the name for the mail server
then change the MX  to mail.londonexporthouse.com.

Also make sure you add email alias in the site settings.

I can ping www.londonexporthouse.com 
I can ping mail2.nacamar.net.uk
I can't ping londonexporthouse.com 
nor can I ping mail.londonexporthouse.com
