It means that a web browser loaded a webpage containing the image of the
above name, it then requested the image using the GET method and your
webserver sent the image back to the browser (the 200 code means it was
successful). It's nothing to be concerned with. You might want to read up
on the HTTP protocol, HTTP status codes and study all log files on your
server (not just webserver related) so that you understand what everything
means.
