We are running a pair of Raq4i's using staqware.
We have recieved a error saying that a RAID device <md3> has a dead
partition.
[/proc/mdstat]
Personalities : [linear] [raid0] [raid1] [raid5] [translucent]
read_ahead 1024 sectors
md4 : active raid1 [dev 2b:04][2] hda4[0] 18028480 blocks [2/1] [U_]
recovery=19% finish=52.1min
md3 : active raid1 [dev 2b:03][2] hda3[0] 205056 blocks [2/1] [U_]
md1 : active raid1 [dev 2b:01][1] hda1[0] 768000 blocks [2/2] [UU]
unused devices: <none>
What is this telling us exactly, is it saying that the staqware cluster is
not functioning correctly?, as far as I know we are not running a RAID
system on our RAQ4i.
What would be the best way to fix this problem, should we disband and
re-create the cluster or can it be fixed some other way.
I have looked through the knowledgebase and list but cannot find any
references to this problem.
A quick reply would be appreciated as this is running on a live server.
