No problem at all. Grab yourself a copy of Gnupg from http://gnu.org
and install it on your RAQ. It's very easy to install - just follow
the instructions. Then head over to freshmeat.net or to
cgi-resources.com and grab your favorite flavor of form-to-mail
script selecting, of course, from those that will do encrypted
email. The recipient will then need PGP or Gnupg installed on their
end and the public key to decrypt the messages.
Easy as pie... we run here it without a hitch
