[cobalt-users] Raq4 requiring E-mail Password

I've upgraded from a Raq3 to a Raq4.  I have aded all of the Raq4 updates and
still have a problem or glitch.  This is affecting all of my clients.  It seems
that everytime I turn on my E-mail program, that I need to insert a password
before I can SEND the first e-mail.  After that, I can send without adding a
password.  When I get on the computer later, then I have to insert the password
again , etc . . .
    I do have POP before SMTP checked like I did on the Raq3..

Any suggestions on how I can get it to stop asking for a send password?
