actually it was documented somewhere,,,  can't find it at the moment but as
I recall it had something to do with third party software of some kind being
installed...   It might of been in the announcement list?  sorry I can't be
more help.... I perfer not to install third party software that might update
the kernel...  then your stuck getting kernels from them or rebuilding all
the time....  if you can.
