[cobalt-users] My titles make no sense

Hi

I brought this issue up a few months ago but nobody could help me so I am
trying again (new users, better understanding, etc.)

All of the page titles on my RaQ4 look something like this:
[str.sysManageTitleRaq]; and all of the help text looks something like this:
[str.adminUseEmailHelp].  This occured after a system reboot some months
ago.  It does not affect the system but it is very anoying none the less.
Could somebody shed some light?
