Hi Carrie,
As every evening I'm doing my homework "read through the 200 mails t
have been posted to the group during a european working day, searching for a
challenging problem. Yours seems to be interesting :-)

Could you tell me which Cobalt product you ar running and which characters
does the username of your customer contain ??

You say that it only happens when this customer does a ftp on your machine ?
Then what the firetruck does your pop3 daemon do ??

Please give me some more info
