Well I heard about 'em through the list here; they're available for
download on one of the Cobalt FTP sites - but more importantly, if
you've got all of the patches and updates installed like you should
have, the Shell Tools are already on your machine! Isn't that cool?

Cobalt finally stuck 'em in one of the major updates - the last big OS
update, methinks but am not sure. Jeff Bilicki sticks his head in on
the list from time to time as well.
Just check that path I gave /usr/sbin/cobalt/adduser and see if you've
got anything there - if you do, that's the shell tools!
