The format of the smb location should be '\\Machine\Share'.
This is the share you will see from Network Neighborhood,
and you should be able to access it from a Windows machine
if you type it into the Address field.  '\\B7A4B8\One'
or '\\B7A4B8\qbbackup'.  You need to be sure you can see
it from a Windows machine first.
