The incremental setting works a treat as far as it can.
ie. it only processes the web.log since the last run.
If the web.log has been glitched you only lose that day.
If incremental is not set, you lost all data for the current month.
So yes, incremental part of webalizer is great.
Its the log rotate problem that sucks.
