www.freelists.com ´s MX is responding as postfix, so I´m pretty sure their
list server (listar) runs on postfix. contact them.

www.snip.net runs two or three IMGate (postfix) hubs. I think there are up
to about 15 million msgs/month, many more per hour than your AS/400 clients
need per day. contact de map part: jstaiman@xxxxxxxxxxxx

www.freebsd.org´s mailhubs are postfix, contact them.

TheDailyDose.com runs many joke lists on postfix/linux. contact de ma
part: "Yasha Harari" <yasha@xxxxxxxxxx>

Doesn't securityfocus.com use Postfix? Also here in Canada I noticed
that our national broadcaster, the CBC, uses Postfix for its emailed
news update lists.

Polytechnique.org, also a french engineering school (more famous), also
use Postfix. I am the administrator of the computer. It is a redirection
service with 5000 users and 10000 mails a day. It use MySQL extensively
and a apache web server, all the 3 in the same computer (Pentium III
450MHz, 128Mo RAM) and the load is very low (0.01) which let me say that
ot could support much more load.

Also, Panix <URL:http://www.panix.com/>, an ISP in New York City, uses
Postfix.
