Teach who to be precise? Visitors? Never happen, at least not without
filling up your error log. Stupidity is the most abundant element in the
universe. People often transcribe a URL into their browser instead of
clicking on a search engine link. I've seen plenty of typos in my error
logs. That's why I use the CheckSpelling on. Years ago when I first built my
site, I used some directories /Directory/file.html and was frequently seeing
/directory/file.html and /DIRECTORY/file.html in the error log. All my links
were correct, it was people typing either from memory or copying it wrong.
I'd rather they get the right page than "teach" them something. My job is to
serve pages for my advertisers, not teach visitors that the URL is case
sensitive.
