One of the more recent versions of SSH_Communications' SSH server comes
with a tool to configure it as chroot for each user. You can also do
this with most SSH servers, but the problem is that the server needs to
be statically linked so that it doesn't have trouble looking for shared
libraries inside each users chroot'ed shell.
