[cobalt-users] Raq4 - Automatic Signup Scripts

Hi,

 I've just been given the tast of setting up an automatic signup script
for a new raq4 system we are putting into place, I've looked through the
lists, and although there was alot of talk about this about 12 months
ago, I haven't been able to find much since, or many results of
discussed work.

 So my question is, does anyone have or know of any free or GPL scripts
for doing this?

Basically I need a signup script to 
 + add a vsite
 + add a default user

also need a script to remove accounts, but with the add one that will be
easy.

Anyone have these scripts avaliable.
