[cobalt-users] where are the .forward files on the cobalt?

Just trying to work out how the mail is forwarded on the RAQs ..
specifically raq3. 

I have a user account which doesnt seem to forward no matter how hard I try.
Ive deleted the account and recreated to no avail. 

Any thoughts here?
