Hello Everybody,

I am also having kind a same problem. I am not able to install any of 
packages using web interface. It doesn't give me any message, neither 
success nor failure. It seems like it is installing but then suddenly 
page gets refreshed and the package doesn't show up in the list.

Any idea or help?
