Hello cobalt-users, I sent an email to this effect yesterday but no responses so I thought I would try again. This may seem like something I should already know if I am running a RAQ but, I am a lifetime student so here goes. I have a client who needs to setup mySQL. Without giving them any admin priviedges, how does he go about setting up mySQL on a Virtual Domain?
Create a database for their virtual domain, and setup a user that has privileges for this database only. Give this username and password to your client, and let him set up his tables etc. To make things a bit simpler for your client, install phpMyAdmin on your machine which is a great web-based interface to MySQL.
