Diego,
Go back into your Site Settings for that domain.
In the Email Aliases field, put "domain.it" without the www.
In the Web Aliases field, make sure you have the domain name both with
and without the www. in front of it.
Save Changes.
Go back to Server Management, Control Panel, DNS.
Find that domain in the drop-down field. Click to modify the MX
record.
Make sure that the "email sent to" (or whatever that says, can't
remember) does NOT have the www. in front of it.
Mail Server Name can be set to either domain.it, www.domain . it (have
to put it like that so my stupid email program won't put the http in
front of it) or the www address of your server.
Also in the "A" records for this domain you should have two records -
one with the 'www' and one without. If you don't have both, add the
appropriate one.
Save changes, save changes, keep saving changes until you get back out
to the main screen of the Control Panel.
Check it by sending mail to diego@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
If it doesn't work, it's best to delete the DNS entries and the
Virtual Site entry, and do it all over again from the start - making
sure you do it correctly this time. The RaQs are kinda picky about
getting it wrong the first time and then simply making corrections.
They don't like that, and often you have to re-do everything.
HTH!
