The web.log file is the one that grows on a daily basis, it is updated every
morning at 4:00 AM approximately. It is limited in the maximum size it is
allowed to grow to, 10% of the allocated site quota which if is 200MB would
mean this file can grow to approximately 20MB. Once it gets to the limit, it
is compressed and added to web.log.1.gz
The web.log.1.gz file doesn't grow on a daily basis, it is only added to
when the web.log file is at maximum.
