Sure you can. Just create a virtual site with a phony domain name like
"zxcvbn.com" just like you would for any other site. I would only do this if
you will be using this IP only for this site or make sure it is the very
first site to be listed using this IP address. If it isn't the first site to
use this IP address, then when you type in the IP address in your browser,
it will not take you to this phony site. It will take you to the first
domain created on that IP. You don't have to set up any DNS information for
it either. Try it. I just did and it worked fine.
