[cobalt-users] raq2 restore--need help

I am having a problem with my raq2 and need to restore it to factory
settings.  I have downloaded both raq2.iso(214MB) and cube2.iso(684MB)
from ftp.nl.cobalt.com and tried to burn both of them.  First I could not
get the cube2.iso image to burn as it was larger than the capacity of
650MB cd so I burned it to a 700MB disc and tried the restore process by
hooking up the raq2 to my pc with a crossover cable.  It didn't work.

Then I went back and downloaded the smaller, raq2.iso file and burned it
without any problems.  Tried the restore process again, got further this
time, but after letting the raq2 sit there for about an hour or two, it
just hung on 'network boot' and didn't restore.

The NIC i am using is compatible according to Cobalt Support.  It is a
3Com 3c905BTX.  They won't support me any further as i don't have the
factory restore cd, so I am stuck and really need to get this restored
soon.

To let you know where the problems began, an administator at my ISP tried
to upgrade the Perl module and it screwed everything up.  I can't even
change the IP address to get it on my LAN at home.

So my question is where do I go from here?  Which iso image do I need to
use?  Why is the cube2.iso bigger than 650MB?

Any and all advice/help will be greatly appreciated.
