Hello,
I have 2 Raq4.
The first one (cobalt1) was set up but when trying to delete virtual sites
I get the message
"The system is busy deleting another site. Please wait and try again."
I cannot do any updating. Here I am able to ftp with admin. hostname is
localhost.
The second one (cobalt2) was setup just to start.
* Here I am not able to ftp with admin. hostname is fully qualified domain
name not being handled yet by my name server. Secondly I'm using NAT to
give external access to one user and he isn't able to get the index page
to start using the system. the only way to get data from cobalt2 was by
creating an user with ftp services allowed.
I thought being smart by extracting the several directories having to deal
with the html's and others like passwd, group, /home/sites,
/etc/logrotate.d/, /etc/logrotate.onboot/, /etc/httpd/ssl/ and
/usr/admserv/html/.cobalt/siteManage/ from cobalt2 and restoring them onto
cobalt1 only after having renamed the original ones so I could go back.
To my surprise all the sites were displayed with the name dimmed and with
a red X indicating a suspended site.
This is due to the fact that the data is kept in the postgres database.
I then brought over the database by copying /var/lib/pgsql/data/ and this
did the trick of having the new site setup shown.
In order to check if everything is ok, I went ahead and tried modifying
the max. allowed disk space in the "Site management" page and got the
following message: "No virtual host entry for home".
** I now have to look for the way of getting over this hurdle where I
might be at the point where I could continue on and finish the setup.
I managed to get up to where I could make changes to the Site Settings.
However when I try and change in the FTP Settings and in User Management I
try to make changes I get the following error:
"The Server encountered an internal error or was misconfiguration and was
unable to complete your request".
I went back to telnet and did a "tail /home/log/httpd/adm_error" which gave
me for the change to the FTP the following messages:
syntax error at /usr/admserv/cgi-bin/.cobalt/siteFTP/index.cgi line 115
[Sun Jun 10 16:57:58 2001] [error] [client 200.50.20.174] Premature end of

[Sun Jun 10 17:00:01 2001] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] Directory index
forbidden by rule: /usr/admserv/html/
Earlier on I also tried changing the user info and got the following result:
syntax error at /usr/admserv/cgi-bin/.cobalt/siteUserMod/siteUserMod.cgi

Any clue ?
My questions are: Line * (see above) and line **
Getting an answer on line * would hlep me too for the timebeing.
Thanks in advance.
Your input is very much appreciated.
