I managed to get up to where I could make changes to the Site Settings.
However when I try and change in the FTP Settings and in User Management I 
try to make changes I get the following error:
"The Server encountered an internal error or was misconfiguration and was 
unable to complete your request".
I went back to telnet and did a "tail /home/log/httpd/adm_error" which gave 
me for the change to the FTP the following messages:
syntax error at /usr/admserv/cgi-bin/.cobalt/siteFTP/index.cgi line 115

script headers: /usr/admserv/cgi-bin/.cobalt/siteFTP/index.cgi

Earlier on I also tried changing the user info and got the following result:
