[cobalt-users] Vacation Message Problem on RAQ3

We recently had to do an OS restore and restore the data from backup. Most
things are running correctly but I have now found out the vacation message
is not working (for many users).  The /var/vacation only has a handful of
users listed in it - and it seems the user.db@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx doesn't get
generated for the user when the vacation message get checked off.  This is a
RAQ3 with most of the latest patches.

This is the error that the sender of the email gets back:
