Dammit! I *THOUGHT* that might possibly be the case...but I said "it's
kinda remote" because you don't often encounter this situation. Mandrake
distributes a procmail binary with GROUP_PER_USER set to off as
well....there may be others, but it's rare.

Ayup...that'll do it likely as not.
