I did look at that and it said 40000, does that mean that only attachments
of 40k or lower will be accepted.

John, look in /usr/local/majordomo.  majordomo.cf will have the default
config info (for newly created lists) and within lists/ you'll find the list
specific config files.  You'll want to look at the variable "maxlength" for
starters.
