Dave,
this is bad news. The message means that one of the postgres databases
Cobalt uses to sync your virtual domains and users to Linux is missing.
This happens every now and then and the only way to solve it is to
reinstall postgres after having taken some precautions. Please contact
Cobalt Tech support for this issue.
