[cobalt-users] RaQ3i log problems

I have 3 problems about logs. can anyone help me? I am not well on linux.

1) var/logs/httpd/error tihs log file size reached to 370 MB. Why it doesn't
rotated?

2)system e-mails this to me  errors rotating logs
errors occured while rotating /var/log/xferlog
Failed to open /home/sites//logs/ftp.log: No such file or directory
error running prerotate script --
leaving old log in place

I don't have this path /home/sites//logs/ftp.log what does it mean?

3)system sends me this mail everyday Cron <root@www> run-parts
/etc/cron.daily
