Hi,
I am concerned about the following message in my syslog:
Jun 6 09:55:10 us sendmail[24646]: JAA24646: ruleset=check_mail,
arg1=<publicnet-owner@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>,
relay=mailhost.netbenefit.co.uk [212.53.64.39] (may be forged),
reject=501 <publicnet-owner@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>... Sender domain
must exist
Basically, publicnet-owner@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is trying to send a
message to a user on our RaQ3. But the message is not getting
through, and this is the message we are getting in our logfile.
From the above, it would appear the list.netbenefit.co.uk domain does
not exist, but in fact it *does*. And I can ping this domain name
from the RaQ3.
Can anyone shed any light on why this problem may be occuring? I
have searched the archives, and Google, but no luck so far :(
Regards,
Glen
