[cobalt-users] retreive all users/hosting databse on the /admin and /siteadmin

Hello,
	i'm facing a problem earlier seems someone had admin/root access
to my server and removed the files of the /admin user list and the
/siteadmin of the hosted people user list , is it possible to retrieve the
users list from the server to the web-based administration page ? thank
you
